How to navigate the Electronic Property Listing Brochure (EPLB):

We have created an EPLB to give you the maximum amount of information on the property

The EPLB consists of 5 tabs: Introduction-Overview-Documentation- Notification-Feed Back-

1. INTRODUCTION: – Usually has a picture and short description of the property.

2. OVERVIEW: – Is an overview of the market and opportunity the property offers.

3. DOCUMENTATION: - has all pertinent data about the  property. The documents are in   a PDF format. You will need Acrobat Reader to view these files. Once you open the  document and review it,

CLICK ON THE X IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF YOUR BROWSER to return to the Document Section.

4. NOTIFICATION: Whenever property information is updated you will be sent an
 E-mail notifying you of the updates..

5. Feed Back: Please send us your feedback regarding the property and the EPLB.
